About Our Founder

INTRA is founded by Ezgi Arık, an international tax law researcher and lecturer. With a rich academic and professional background, Ezgi is pursuing her Ph.D. in Tax Law at Leiden University, specializing in international tax law. She has a strong academic foundation with advanced degrees, including an LLM in Private Law from Koç University in Istanbul, and a wealth of experience as a lecturer, researcher, and tax law expert. Her scholarly contributions include numerous publications and presentations on topics such as tax fairness, harmful tax competition, transfer pricing, gender and international taxation. Her professional experience spans roles at Ernst & Young and esteemed academic institutions, underscoring her practical and theoretical expertise in the field.
